Premium Karndean White Painted Oak LVT fitted in Bromley

Our client wanted a light, practical floor that would bring together the main living spaces of their Bromley home. Rather than treating each room separately, the aim was to create one continuous finish that flowed naturally from the living room through to the dining area and down into the kitchen.

They chose Karndean White Painted Oak 6x36 planks, a distressed wood-effect LVT with a chalky white painted finish and subtle beige undertones. The result is a relaxed modern traditional look that feels bright, lived-in and full of character, without the maintenance demands of real painted hardwood.

The pale tones work beautifully against the white kitchen units, black worktops and natural wood furniture, helping the whole space feel open and connected. It is a great example of how a carefully chosen LVT floor can add texture and warmth while still being durable enough for busy everyday family life.
